The staff was wonderful. The resort itself was just ok. There are only 3 restaurants to choose from, and they book up very quickly. The buffet is very good though. The Reef at Atlantis
My main issue the entire stay was the room. My shower and toilet did not work properly the entire time for my stay, maintenance came 3 times trying to fix the issue and did not. Not being able to shower and have the toilet sound like it was overflowing was not ideal
