"Istanbul gold hotel was a good experience but i booked tripple bed room for 3 and unfortunately we got double bed room but the hotel management was very helpful Ms. Nigar and expedia team helped us in moving to one of their other 4 star hotel and we really had a great stay there. Istanbul gold hotel was also very clean and safe and staff was very helpful and polite."

"We stayed for 4 nights at Parkside Hotel in Baku. The front desk people & housekeeping were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. Breakfast consisted of a big spread of western and eastern food choices. The hotel is close to a metro station. It's within walking distance to small stores but not to restaurants. "Very clean hotel, new facilities, spacious and bright rooms, and normal use of equipment. The staff are very welcoming, the room is cleaned every day, the front desk is warm, the restaurant is rich in breakfast, and the waiter is polite. The hotel is ideally located and can reach any attractions in a walk. Very worth staying, highly recommended."

"Front desk was not friendly and their breakfast was starting so late. Not much help with city. Their bed was so uncomfortable and head board was dirty. "
