"Could not access property upon arrival. supposed to have staff at front desk for check-in from 1 - 5. Arrived 1:30, no one on duty, no one answered intercom by front door. Finally got response an hour later. No one actually on duty the whole two days we were there. WiFi goes down at least twice per day, sometimes for hours while we ry to contact someone to fix it. "The room & facilities oneself were clean, the gym lacked equipment but I expected this much from a hotel gym. I do wish they invest in newer softer towels, love the embroidered towels but itā€™s time for an update and their TVā€™s are quite outdated. All staff from front desk to housekeeping were respectfully, attentive and poised professionally. Iā€™d stay there again if Iā€™m in town."
