"Across the street from the ocean. I went for the oportunity to relax, be by the ocean, do some walking, visit local seafood restaurants, and enjoy sitting on my balcony and reading (and inside in AC when it was too hot to be outdoors, but i could still look out my window at the ocean.)"

"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. ..."
