"It was a disappointment that the
pool was closed when we arrived.
This was the attraction for me to book this hotel.
The restaurant for dinner was beautiful. Staff attentive and food great. Highly recommend the dinner here.
Breakfast we found very underwhelming.
No honey left. no yoghurt left, only a few pieces of bread available.
Choice of cornflakes or chocolate flakes.
No fresh fruit at all.
This was at 8.30am
Kitchen staff obviously weren't in kitchen - no hot food.

"Wonderful traditional Italian bnb. Ideal location to stop off the A1 on the way south. Excellent signs to locate hotel. Very nice owners. Limited English to match our limited Italian, but we got by. Surrounded by beautiful countryside. Had a nice
pool but we didnt use it on our brief stopover. Enjoyed food from pork festival in Narni close by, recommended by owner"

"Third stay here and the place just gets better. Unlike other hotels that get tired and worn out - this one is always maintained very well and repairs that need doing are done - not left to get worse. Staff are brilliant and friendly. Restaurant and continental breakfast very good. Close to A1 so easy to get anywhere around.
Pool and sun terrace are a big bonus and the
pool is on site just a short walk from the main entrance not 1km away, like some hotels claiming they have
pool access. All in...

"This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a relaxing away from the crowd getaway.
