Walkable from Terminal 3 if the weather's nice and you want to get some steps. The shuttle is convenient too, meeting timetables even when packed. The room was relativly spacious, nice and quiet, and even had a view. The breakfast was basic but appreciated. I only wished fresh milk was ...

International Resort Hotel Yurakujo
Breakfast is a little expensive compared to others. Wouldn’t make this your main place in Japan just beginning or end as the Tokyo bus costs 10$ per way and last bus is at 9pm but really nice stay with free shuttle to Narita airport Narita city.
