"Our kids picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We only stayed one night as we were leaving the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I really appreciate their eco-friendly supply table in the lobby. They had shuttle buses leaving every half hour to the airport. Their staff handled loading and unloading our luggage onto the bus. Do keep in mind that it’s pretty far from the city so going back-and-forth would be time-consuming unless you’re renting a car."

"Good value hotel close to Narita airport. It’s listed as luxury hotel on Expedia, but it seems like an ordinary hotel. Room was small, but it had everything that I needed as a single traveler. The bathroom needs deep cleaning and it has a strong musty smell from the shower curtain. Disappointing since I stayed in another hotel, that had a lower price, and was more clean. Hotel is convenient to Narita airport and they provide free shuttle bus at certain times."

"Very nice hotel w/free shuttle to/from the airport and Narita train station. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Nice/friendly staff. Loved the mini-mart which was always open, even at midnight. On-site laundry and gym facilities. No outlets with grounding plugs in the room. Every outlet is 2-pronged. No lamp. Only one light switch for the room which was by the door and one for the bathroom. Nearly 2 hours by train to downtown Tokyo. Overall, I felt that the pros outweighed the cons and I'd definitely stay here again."

"This is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating and nice when asked to switch from Japanese to English. Stayed here on a 18hr layover. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport and even a local bus"
