"I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "

"Basic rooms for luxury pricing. Food is extremely expensive and the resort is too far from anything to actually step out just for food. Basic buffet costs Rs 1250 + taxes. And, that's the only option offered with no A-la-carte menu. No room service on offer. Anything you need in the room, you actually have to walk all the way to the top where the reception is."

"Renovation work was going on when we checked in, but we didn't face any inconvenience. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The most amazing thing was the hospitality. I will give 5 stars only for that. I believe it will be a great place to be in when the renovation is complete."
