"We mainly enjoyed the easy beach access. The pool bar/swim up bar had decent food and beverages. The hotel staff was excellent! Very accommodating and helpful. There are many good restaurants in downtown Rincon. It was a great stay overall."

"Located at the edge of the downtown area - so good & bad with that. Easy to wander the small area of bars, restaurants and shops but super noisy. They do supply ear plugs. The garden view room has a small balcony area overlooking a parking lot & the room is somewhat dark overall. The outdoor patios, on site bar/restaurant and pool area provide lovely spots to lounge."

"Property was beautifully kept, and the staff was so kind and professional. They truly went above and beyond for us. The food and the restaurant was delicious. The nachos were probably the best we’ve ever eaten. Our stay was wonderful, and the only downside was that our bed certainly needed a new mattress. It was very worn."

"Beautiful stay. Walked to the dock where we took an excursion to see the bio bag at night. Restaurants everywhere and all look so good. We ate at El Karakol since the restaurant at the hotel was closed. Beautiful morning views. It’s not a long term stay facility but I Would definitely stay again."

"I absolutely loved this place! Everything was so clean, and housekeeping came every morning to make the bed and refresh the towels, which was a nice touch. The shower even had a handheld shower head, which I appreciated. The outdoor atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, with multiple pools and BEAUTIFUL landscaping throughout the property. The private beach was spotless, and the water was crystal clear. The restaurant served delicious food, and one of my favorite parts was the island dogs at the resort—they had the sweetest personalities and were so well-behaved! I honestly thought they belonged to someone vacationing there 😅 I would highly recommend this place to anyone!"
