"Staff was terrible at check in . No guidance and rude when asked questions. Rooms were stale and cold and noisy . Wellness centre is poorly set up with no direction and staff is uninformed and rude. "

"The motel itself is very cute. I would not recommend the rooms with the jetted tubs,however. Ours had a very strong smell of mold/mildew,and there was brown drainage coming out of the jets. We did not use the tub. I am sure the other rooms available in the motel are better. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I’m truly satisfied with my choice. The rooms were clean, well-organized, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. What really made our experience special was the professional and friendly staff. I would especially like to thank Haena at the reception; she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to all our questions and requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly choose it again on my future trips."

"Be aware they charge $20 for parking at check out, they gave us a parking pass and said to park wherever we find an opening and said nothing about having to pay $20 for a nights stay, unbelievable. Hotel is starting to show signs of age but was pretty clean otherwise. Shampoo was empty in the bathroom so had to use body wash. Charging for parking ($20) plus paying around $260 will not bring me back to this hotel. "

"There was issue with the fridge, which was sorted out by the staff. Secondly in Expedia app the room choice was mentioned lake front, which was denied later by the Expedia associate and Hotel staff. Attached please find the snapshot of the option "
