"Great location. Walkable to the downtown area. Great access to all the E bike stores. Conveniently located away from the bus area. The doors are very loud to be slamming at night. You can hear the others in their rooms."

"Stayed there at the end of July. Had a pleasant stay with our family for the most part. I would say though that half the time the kids pool amenities weren’t working, took quite some effort on our end to get anyone to come and take a look at it to fix. Also getting drinks at the pool took 45 minutes at one point. The front desk wasn’t super helpful with room requests (more pillows, towels) either. Other than that our stay went well."

Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

"Great location, especially if you have a lake-view room. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, frequent amenity closures because of private events, and parking that was an absolute nightmare. The elevators were often out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and manage two kids from the fourth floor. We were also told there would be a discount for the hotel’s pizza night but were charged full price, and nothing was done after we raised the issue. The main pool wasn’t heated either. The hotel did provide complimentary breakfast and waived the amenity fees, which was appreciated, but overall the experience didn’t match our expectations."
