"We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was beautiful. The only issue we had was that we accidentally went to the adults-only pool because we weren’t aware there was a family pool a short 2–3 minute walk away. We mentioned it to the staff, and they were very understanding. They apologized and gave us a $50 credit to use at the restaurant, which we really appreciated. Their excellent customer service turned our experience into a positive one. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to other families."
