"The staff is being lazy (?) and unhelpful.
We got back late, around 11:20 last night, and the lobby door was locked. We called the front desk (there was a sign that said they would be back in 15 minutes) and asked her to help us open the lobby door.
She didn’t come and instead asked us to go to the other side of the gate so she didn’t need to come out and get us. My friend was drunk at the time, so this made me very uncomfortable. Why couldn’t the staff just unlock the lobby door for us?
The room is clean but has a smell.
The pool and other amenities look great but didnt get a chance to use it."
