Overall ok if you are not a fan of taking a bath. Shower clogged and shower head sprayed water everywhere. Very uncomfortable to take a bath. Close to restaurants and bay area, but little far from city center.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti, stanza concessa pulita, non so’ se la pulizia giornaliera era prevista, ma non l’abbiamo avuta considerando che per un B&b 120€ a notte sono una bella cifra. nell’ ascensore si sentiva molto l’odore di muffa del palazzo . Competente la governante.

Consigliato solo a chi ha il sonno molto pesante. La struttura è difronte all’uscita di servizio di un grande hotel tutte le notti camion nettezza urbana e dalle 6 del mattino consegna su carrelli rumorosissimi della qualunque domenica compresa. Infissi inadeguati alla location.

posizione strategica, ma appartamento rumoroso

posizione centralissima a due passi da castel dell'ovo e a 5 minuti a piedi da piazza plebiscito, con l'autobus151 a 500 m dallastruttura si raggiunge in 20 minuti la stazione centrale. il residence ha solo finestre dal lato strada e quindi la posizione è molto rumorosa di notte e di giorno si sentono i rumori della strada che è molto trafficata. l'appartamento che ho abitato al 2 piano era vivibile per 2 persone ma piccolo per 4, pulito e bel messo, letto molto comodo, però camera molto rumorosa anche a finestra chiusa

Perfect place, close to waterfrong

We were very happy with our stay at Residenza Echia. It was clean, we were 6 in two rooms and it was perfect. It was nice to little kitchen area available and refrig. Just a short walk to waterfront. Lift to use for luggage was plus. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and have already.

B&B in ottima posizione appena alle spalle del lungomare, a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza del Plebiscito. Il servizio è limitato all’accoglienza che risulta comunque buona. La camera è in realtà un mini appartamento, buono lo spazio a disposizione anche se il bagno risulta piccolo in proporzione.

Appartamento a 2 passi dal mare e dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato a Residenza Echia lo scorso weekend. Posizione ideale soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini piccoli perché si è a due passi dal mare e da Piazza del Plebiscito. Appartamento molto curato e pulito. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Eventualmente c'è anche un servizio di transfert da e per la stazione dei treni. Consigliatissimo.

Tolle Unterkunft. Eher vergleichbar mit Ferienwohnungen als mit einem Hotelzimmer. Sehr großzügig geschnitten und mit eigener Pantry und kleiner Terasse, die gar nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Kein Reinigungsservice, aber dafür sehr privat - man hat echt seine Ruhe. Ruhige Gegend aber sehr zentral. Top!
