The hotel is set up in 2 buildings, the staff is happy to assist with your luggage if your room is in the building that is not where the reception desk is. The rooms are large, beautiful & very clean. Perfect location, just a half block from the see and close to restaurants and shops, including restaurants that are open between 3PM-7PM.

Excellent staff they are all helpful and very responsive even the gentleman at the breakfast restaurant he is extremely courteous. Great service! The only thing was the fridge is not too cold and the lighting can be a little warmer than led bright light. Even the last request to get taxi was up to the expectation. Thank you Partenope Relais. I will come back to Naples I love the city everyone is very nice and has their personality.

Good location, but parking is limited and expensive, especially if you need 24 hour access. Rooms in the annex are new, well equipped and very roomy. Within walking distance to many restaurants.

The hotel is well located.The decoration of the hotel and the room is beautiful. We had the romantic room with a huge shower and ocean view. The hotel is super clean and smell good. The bed was probably the most comfy that I had in my entire trip. Thank you !
