I really would have preferred to rate this higher because the staff is so incredibly nice; however, there were bugs in the shower, so for that I have to reflect 1 star. Outside of that, the hotel is located near good food and seems to be in a decent location.

Simone at reception when I arrived and afterwards was very helpful and interested in my experiences. Nuncio also helped me get some breakfast when I had an early departure at the end of my stay.

This was a mistake I will not make again. Expedia report about the distance of the property is extremly wrong. every property we have booked has shown us wrong distance information on expedia. Property was in bad condition. No breakfast, which was arranged at nearby cafe with only coffee & a crossaint. No facilities at hotel, how can they claim it to be 4 star ??? thats deciving. Expedia needs to get their act together & check posts about hotel.

NOT GOOD-- AS SOON YOU ENTER THE HOTELYOU AT NARROW FRONT OFFICE, THERE IS NO LOBBY,NO PLACE TO SIT ...NO RESTAURANT.. ITS NOT GOOD OR BAD BUT THATS WHAT IT IS, THEREFORE ITS NOT 4 STARS..3 STARS PUSHING IT.... FLOORS SEEM TO BE QUITE CLEAN , OTHER MINOR THINGS .. Wonderful hotel. We were a family of four and were pleasantly surprised to find that we had two rooms with en-suites instead of one! Conveniently located in the centre of Naples. We missed the breakfast and staff were very kind to allow us to take some pastries!

Hotel suite ares is a great value hotel in Naples! The location is great for taking the train, as it’s just 10min from the station. However, the area itself isn’t as quiet or beautiful as other parts of Naples. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nunzio!

This is a nice hotel if you want to stay close to the train station, but not right next to it. The front desk staff, especially Nunzio, were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Location wise very convenient, walkable to the main train station and also to the old town. Price wise was very reasonable too. The drawback being the room was rather small and the fittings were a little dated.
