Even with 2 people, the neighbourhood was shall we say, intense. I wouldn’t walk alone at night. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it was close to the train. I felt safe walking to and from the property, but across the street from the hotel felt a bit sketchy. But once inside it seemed fine. They gave us our room right away and it was clean and updated. My issue was when i went to take a shower there was a roach in the bathroom. I went to the front desk and they kindly changed my room. But when I went back to get my stuff there were even more roaches. Both small and big. While the staff was extremely friendly I just couldn't sleep there comfortably knowing there were so many bugs in my room.

La atencion del personal en general buena, excepto por un chico del turno vespertino, le solicitamos una plancha y nos dijo que no había ese servicio, otro día por la mañana preguntamos a la recepcionista en turno y nos dijo que si contaban con dicho servicio, por la noche le volvimos a solicitar la plancha al chico que había dicho que no y volvió a decir que no lo tenían, le insistimos y envió un mensaje y después de eso inmediatamente trajo la plancha, una actitud poco amable la de ese muchacho, no supe si nombre

This property would have been 4-5 star if not for the blatant lies in the property description. This is NOT a waterfront hotel, you cannot even see the waterfront from this hotel. It is at least a 15 min. Walk from anything remotely waterfront. It is also near the train station which, while convenient, makes the area crowded, noisy, dirty, and feels unsafe. Buyer beware, breakfast is NOT included, and is NOT worth the 10 euro per person.

매우 만족했던 숙소입니다

만족한점 1. 중앙역이나 가리발디역과 매우 가깝다. 2. 리모델링되어 시설이 매우 깨끗하다 3. 이탈리아 및 숙박비용 대비 조식이 훌륭하다 커피를 자판기 아닌 바리스타를 통해 얻을수 있고 조식메뉴도 많고 괜찮다. 다만 이탈리아는 단빵이 많이 나온다. 아울러 식빵은 제공되지 않았지만 샌드위치를 만들수 있는 brot은 제공되었다 4. 미니바?에 있는 모든 음료와 과자 등이 모두 무료이며, 매일 리필된다. 음료는 물2종. 콜라,환타, 맥주 등이고 감자칩과 빵류 등이 매일 제공된다. 참고할점 숙소위치가 큰길에서 80m 떨어져 있어서 살짝 걱정했으나 걱정할 필요없을듯. 케밥식당과 아프리카 음식파는 식당이 늦게 까지 문을 열어서 밤에도 밝다고 느껴지고 실제 큰 위험을 느끼지 못했음.

Muy buen hotel pero zona algo fea en la noche

Es un hotel muy cómodo, muy cerca de la estación de tren que lo que lo hace conveniente si llegas de día; por la noche la zona está muy llena de indigentes lo cual sumado a toda la basura que hay en las calle lo hace sentir muy inseguro.

The hotel was very nice inside and looked to be newly renovated. However, we got into the hotel at around 11 pm from the train station and the walk felt a little unsafe but it was a very short walk which helped. Once we got into the hotel lobby it was excellent and I definitely recommend staying if you are going to the train station in the morning.
