"Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughter had lost her Invisalign in the room, and the maids found it after we checked out. They went the extra mile to get the Invisalign returned to us - something they did not have to do. The staff also helped us weigh our bags when we left to make sure we were not overweight at the airlines. The location was great, overlooking the water, and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend."

and the staff was really friendly with all of us specially the restaurant staff. The view is amazing from the terrace. You gotta drive through a really tight alley to get to the hotel, but once you’re there and you enter the gated property, everything is beautiful."

"We are not fans of Naples in general. It’s a very scary, run-down city, but this hotel was nice and modern and we felt safe inside. Our room was modern and had an extra bed in it since we booked with our 6 year old. We only stayed for one night on our way to Capri, but it was walking distance to the ferry and good pizza at Brandi. "
