Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
I initially received a call from Fabiana on their WhatsApp number at 10:41am stating that I needed to leave as they have another reservation coming. I was confused because I swear I booked the unit for another day. I told Fabiana that I needed to call Expedia to confirm because I have it booked. Fabiana then stated “no you need to listen to me" in an aggressive tone then stated again I needed to leave. I said ok and hung up. I tried calling this number for Expedia at 10:47am but the recording stated the number did not work . That's why I used the live chat option to message on the app. They kept interrupting getting my things together by calling the housekeepers phone to antagonize me and state over and over to leave when I been said that I would. As a solo traveler, this has been one of the most unexpected experiences of my life! The level of disrespect, bad customer service, and unprofessionalism is beyond me! I've never stated to them that I wasn't going to leave so I'm not sure why they kept telling me to leave. I was leaving at their request. It was never any push back. However, that doesn't give their team at Tourism and Management Service to harass and threaten me with calling the police.
