"From the outside the property is impressive, but does sit in a very run down area with no good views in any direction. The docks are directly infront of the hotel but again these are the commercial goods docks not passenger terminals. Inside the hotel is fine but a little tired in places. The room was a little disappointing given it was a junior suite although not much bigger than a reasonably sized room in any other hotel. Balcony patio was sizable and would clearly be more useful in summer...

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people....
