Kun italiensk betjening. Ikke et eneste ord engelsk muligt at receptionist. Ingen udsigt overhovedet selvom det indikeres i annonce. Morgenmad var basalt set kun kager. Ventilation kørte kun når man var hjemme.

La mia esperienza è stata condizionata negativamente dalla assenza del conduttore della struttura che mi ha provocato problemi per gli orari di accesso, per la presenza di altri clienti che hanno disturbato fortemente il riposo notturno, per la mancanza di una tempestiva ricezione della ricevuta. La location è bella e meriterebbe un punteggio migliore, ma, come si dice, l'occhio del padrone ingrassa il cavallo.

Très beau séjour à NAPOLI. Belle situation de l'hôtel... Seul bémol pour les amateurs de petit-déjeuner, un peu léger. Pour le reste, propreté, service, chambre ... très bien.

Ottima posizione a due passi da Castel dell'Ovo. Ideale per chi vuole vivere Napoli e il suo lungomare e comunque assai vicino anche a Piazza Plebiscito o Piazza dei Martiri. Tranquillo, confortevole e con personale riservato e cortese.Per chi arriva e ritorna in stazione in taxi concordare la tariffa fissa attualmente di 15 euro. Se non si fa la richiesta del "caffè" è certa.
