"The view was worth the travel and the staff was very nice and helpful. There was no power our first night due to the hurricane nolo. They were very helpful in pointing us in the direction to find food. Once the AC came back on the next day after our road trip to Hana everything went smooth"

"Staff at front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the view from balcony and the use of pool area. Our washer/dryer was not working so we called and maintenance was in and out a few days. They were all very nice and professional. It would be nice if bed in bedroom was at least a queen. Our toddler slept with us which was not enough room for my husband and I so we took turns sleeping on pull out in living room. It would of been a nice touch to have housekeeping call and see if we needed anything. 7 days is a long time to not have housekeeping. I just washed our towels and swept up daily. It was a nice touch they provided dish soap and laundry soap. A swiffer or mop would be nice. Thank you for our stay."
