We really enjoyed our stay at Motel de la Mer in Napier. The location was excellent - close to the waterfront, cafes, and the Art Deco centre of town, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The room was modern, very spacious, and clean, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities. Julian was very welcoming and accommodating, and check-in was quick and easy. Parking was convenient and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped or designed for cooking, but ok for a light meal and with so many great restaurants around not really an issue. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we’d definitely stay here again when visiting Napier.
