"We thoroughly enjoyed the room look, location and staff were great however the main amenities were after are a comfortable bed and strong shower and unfortunately these were lacking. The bed felt very boney and cheap as springs were evident and cover to mattress was thin.
The shower had two heads but both were cheap and weak pressure instead of hydrotherapy shower that was advertised for the one bedroom suite.
We were also surprised all crockery and cutlery including coffee cups had been removed from the kitchenette- again a big reason we booked a one bedroom suite as we were there for the marathon and needed all of what we've listed for a good nights rest, recovery shower and to eat pre run food and simply enjoy the in room coffee machine
Whole these things get re tidied so we can loo, to stay here in the future"
