The food and view are great but the service is wanting. There is only 1 receptionist who is there during the day and in the evening things cannot no sorted in the room. Room 3 did not have internet and the TV was not functioning. What was weird was that after pointing the issues out the staff who were present said they can't do anything about it. At some point, one of the waiters acted like we are bothering him when we took a while to order. The design of the bathroom is great but the water flows out of the bathroom area to other areas of the bathroom.
