早晨7：30入住，次日14:00退房，只算一天，相当温馨。乘火车早晨到南阳，洗个澡见客户神清气爽。
2个独立的房间，1张大床+2张小床，1个人住太奢侈了，大床很舒服。
酒店卫生间没有消毒的标识，毛巾、浴巾等均比较陈旧，没有4星的标准。电梯等待时间比较长，程序需优化。
HOTELS预订页有早餐，订单完成就没有早餐了，到店果然不含早餐。
酒店开增值税专用发票，服务员运指如飞，非常熟练，效率高。
免费的水果送到房间，很温暖。
