"The room was well laid out but it smelled like it was musty and smelled of smoke. Staff was lovely. "

"Great location and clean property! We loved being able to walk right into Wuzhen town for sightseeing. The staff was super friendly and helped carry our heavy luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. My kids had a blast here. The only downsides were bathroom drain issue that leaked slightly, but room service came to fix it promptly after we called. Overall, everything was great and I highly recommend it!"
