"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. "This hotel exceeded expectations! It offers great value for money in New York, and has great access to main Subway lines into the heart of the city. Impeccably clean throughout, comfortable room, and above average breakfast. A stylish building with a rich history. Saw a good mix of international guests during my stay. Yes, it's in the Bronx, so of course it has Bronx situations going on around it. Don't be alarmed!
