The hotel is located in an indusyrial area and a car is critical. The restsurant serves buffet brwakfadt, but not lunch or dinner. I booked it for the spa which was ok. I wouldn't call it a spa at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. No refrigerator in the room was a pain as didn't have access to water, milk etc. Staff were attentive & helpful.

It is a nice hotel, but recently discovered they downgraded from 4 to 3 stars. So the amenities I enjoyed about this hotel were taken away. Sadly, will not be returning to it. It’s not the most practical hotel unless you’re just driving through or going to the concert arena nearby.

Service professionnel et agréable. Route nationale passante mais double vitrage efficace. Situé dans une zone industrielle avec un restaurant italien juste en face, pratique.

Colazione scadente, uova fatte con liquidi industriali. Luci del bagno parzialmente non funzionanti. Per essere un 4 stelle non è granché. Reception diurna ( 22/08) con personale poco qualificato. Purtroppo non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative ( la scheda per aprire la stanza non funzionava , il ragazzo della reception spiegava malissimo i servizi e la colazione non presentava neanche la possibilità di avere due uova senza latticini causa intolleranza). Vraiment déçu , non conforme au attentes

Piscine hors de fonction, climatisation non-fonctionnelle en chambre. J’en ai informé le réceptionniste de nuit qui ne savait pas quoi, faire , puis la réceptionniste de jour qui m’a dit qu’elle réglerait le truc. En arrivant le soir toujours pas de Clim, et rebelotte aucune action/excuses du réceptionniste… même pas proposé de changer de chambre et pourtant il y avait de la place. . Pas de massages disponibles non-plus… pas par manque de place, mais car le planing de la masseuse faisait qu’elle ne bossait pas le week-end. Donc j’ai choisi un hôtel Spa, sans Spa et sans Clim. J’ai payé pour des services inexistants et n’ai reçu aucune propositions ou rabais pour ça. Si l’hôtel était correct, ils indiqueraient que la piscine est en panne et qu’ils ne font pas de soins à telle ou telle date… je repars avec le sentiment désagréable semettre fait rouler
