"This property is conveniently located and it is clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered us a little was the construction (daily) and loud speakers (Sat morning only) noise in the early morning hours. Overall, it was a good stay for us."

"We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. The stuff the executive lounge were also extremely friendly, helpful and pure joy to be around. I really think this hotel is something extraordinary."
"This room had everything you could want a washer, a stove, a fridge, a steamer to steam up your clothes once you get them unpacked and also could be used to dry your clothes. was very close walkable distance to the night markets and the wholesale market."

Hotel is conveniently located across from the popular Myeong-dong area as well as the Lotte department store and has easy walking distance to various transportation methods (i.e. bus stops and subway)"
"This hotel is a gem. It’s in such a cool area that offers both historical and modern experiences. Walkable to Seoul Station and other points of interest like outdoor markets. The staff is very knowledgeable and patient with foreigners. Room was a nice size and clean. Lots of additional amenities for people who want to stay in as well. Would visit again. "
