"This was an overnight stay traveling on 95. The hotel is tucked in near a WaWa and has nearby conveniences such as gas stations, Target and an abudance of fast foods nearby Downtown Fredericksburg is charming. Shops, restaurants, tap houses and lots of history There’s plenty of interesting monuments and attractions The motel was freshly painted and clean. My room was very quiet and a complimentary breakfast with yogurt cereal coffee and many other items was all that was needed for refueling and I was back on 95. Staff was very nice and most people were also fellow travelers all very friendly and respectful of each other"

"This place is nice clean and close to Washington DC, Alexandria Old Town and Springfield Mall. The only thing that can help to make experience better is that the breakfast staff is is only person, once it’s runout they don’t fill it right away. You may have to wait for 30mins to get it filled. They should have water dispensers on each floor. And me and my wife had our sink and vanity outside the bathroom which was very off for us. While I was sleeping I could hear her brushing her teeth. And once you have used toilet, you have to come out side to clean your hands. This was a little off for us."

"My husband and I stayed one night and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel, especially for the cost! The hotel lobby and room were very pretty and looked newly renovated. We travel often for travel sports so we have stayed in many hotels and the bed here was SO COMFORTABLE! I slept better in this bed than I ever have in any hotel. The room's bathroom could use a makeover, however. The breakfast had limited options but was good. The only major complaint I have is the fitness center. There was only 1 dumbbell (not a set... just a single dumbbell) weighing 8 lbs. and a few med balls, the heaviest weighing 10 lbs. The space was very small and the ceiling was so low I was not able to even do jumping jacks because I hit the ceiling (I am 5'7 tall). There was also a treadmill, elliptical, bench, yoga mat, and yoga ball in the room. There were no towels or even paper towels for sweat, nor were there cleaning items for the equipment."

"The women at the front desk was doing double duty and the breakfast room. She did a great job juggling both, despite a crowded breakfast room. She was so pleasent. Room and property were a little run down. Looks like they may be going through a renovation."
