"The property had just opened which influences all of our experiences. They took a while to find our Expedia reservation, our room had a foul smell, the shower drains were clogged and almost flooded our rooms. The room designs are strange with partial bathroom doors. Staff were very kind, responsive, and accommodating."

"The entire property is spotless. The staff is very professional and very nice they make you feel at home Cyrus. The general manager is top-notch. I met him. He loves the property.
