"Physically, Regal is a great property -- clean, very pretty lobby. nice restaurants, great rooms. The amenities are generally quite good and the hotel has a great location by the main river and roads. The only drawback is the lack of English speakers amongst the staff. As far as I could tell, NONE of the staff could speak English and I was only able to achieve understanding because I was with a Chinese friend who could translate."
