Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a Doubletree by Hilton
During our 5 night stay our room was never cleaned, when I requested daily cleaning. When I asked for help the only thing done was towels being dropped off. There is also no where to fill up water on property so we had to keep buying water to make coffee, tea and fill our water bottles.
