"트윈객실의 난방이 준비되지 않은 상태에서 예약을 받아 네시간 가량 난방을 하였음에도 침구류가 한기가 가득하여 도저히 취침이 불가능하여 퀸베드로 다운그레드하였음.
그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 사과나 다운그레이한 방과의 차이액에 대한 보상은 없었음.
