"Staff was kind. I loved cimer spa for their outdoor baths and sauna for their indoor and outdoor onsen like soaks. "

"A beautiful property, clean, well-maintained and comfortable. The room looks exactly like the pictures. The only negative was that expedia describes that room amenities include a washer, but although there is one in the room, it cannot be used. Also there is a fee to access the gym/pool (which it states on the expedia app but not on the website expedia.ca) and that fee is steep at $30-40 per use, per person."
