"This is a new property. The room I was in must have just been finished because there was still a significant amount of dust on the floor from the tile grouting. Even the glassware in the cupboard had a layer of dust on the inside. On arriving back after a day out the bathroom door was shut. When I opening it it had the strongest smell of epoxy or other chemical (not cleaner). Obviously some additional work had been completed. I think the room was let too soon. The decor is very nice and modern....
