"Comfortable garden rooms, nice size, separate sitting area and outside balcony. Common living area/full kitchen outside our room so convenient for family who are booked in 2 rooms can share common outside space for entertainment and meals.
There were conferences happening while I was there and that was the consistent staff excuse for the extremely slow service. Ordered two drinks and maybe 20-30 minutes later one drink would arrive followed then by another. "

"What a great place! A lot of historic charm and wildlife on the grounds - the staff were amazingly kind and gracious. Reception team was warm and welcoming. Excellent hot showers. In passing conversation, my husband mentioned that the Lake Naivasha Country club was where he proposed to me 25 years ago. The operations manager Danep somehow noted this and a few hours later at dinner arranged to have a beautiful cake made that said "marry me again". It was such a thoughtful touch! We will...
