"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "It was a quaint quiet spot and our little chalet was facing a small rice field. We were able to sit out on our balcony and enjoy the peacefulness of the place. They have a small restaurant and the food was very good. Breakfast was also good and the prices were amazing."

"It is nice to have your own little cabin. My cabin was a bit old and dated but worked fine for me. Nice quiet location back away from the road. Only negative was bathroom smelled pretty terrible but with door shut couldn’t smell in room. "

It is a bit away from town with no public transportation, so you should have your own. The coffee shop was great, such good coffee. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."
