"This was an OK stay! We got new towels and fresh water everyday and staff was super helpful and nice to us!
On the other hand, there was some dirt and crumbs in the kitchen drawers and dust om the floors. We stayed here for 1 week to start our backpacking journey through South-East Asia because we wanted a big bed to share.
Comfy bed with a TV you can use to cast via Wifi and a functional bathroom.
None of the stoves in the kitchen did work so we had to eat out or order food from Grab all...

"Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, die Klimaanlage konnte man selbst regulieren. Wir haben uns immer einen bolt gerufen, aber Bushaltestellen gab es auch. Lebensmittel kann man an der Ecke kaufen. Internet war einwandfrei. Dusche super. Alles top. Gibt nichts zu meckern. "

"The description and photos on Expedia did not match.
I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed.
I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit...
