"This was absolutely one of the worst trips I have ever done. Hotels.com help contribute to this. Not so great experience. Both the hotels.com and the resorts websites provided false information. The conditions were so bad that I landed up leaving a day early. I had to take someone to the hospital due to the dirtiness. I did not get refunded and I was actually charged more than what was expected. The location was great and the staff was great but they were unforgiving when it came to providing a refund or understanding the situation. Do not recommend this place unless you don't mind old worn down overcharged definitely not a two-star hotel resorts. One note you will have to pay for everything even if it says all exclusive."

"We stayed here for two nights and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. Although we didn’t have the free breakfast, there were plenty of great options available that would suit a wide range of tastes. The staff had a good understanding of basic English, which made communication smooth. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to a variety of food venues. The only downside was that the bed was quite firm and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. Other than that, it was a great base for exploring Fukushima and we’d happily stay again for a short trip."

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with very fast internet. The onsen has indoor and outdoor option also with Sauna room--also very clean and all-natural hot springs. The half-board dinner and breakfast were also delicious and well-prepared. This hotel staff also provided us with best-in-class service. Parking lot was very large with ample room for its guests. We had a great time and would return in the fall. Thank you for the incredible experience!!!"
