"My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. "The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast line became very long and was time consuming and especially difficult when we had activities planned for the morning. The breakfast buffet was also very crowded. The dinner buffet was delicious but was rather expensive t $27.50 per person which did not include soft drinks. The hotel is family friendly which is great but the pool and the onsen were over run with children. I don’t have anything against children but it was crowded and children outnumbered the adults. I was there in July. After talking to other tourists I found that there are some hotels that have adult only pools which may have been nice just to allow space to sit and relax."

"Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The property grounds and pool are very nice. The beds and pillows are hard as a rock so sleeping was less than comfortable. The room was also very warm even with the air conditioning set at 19C. We had to use the stand fan and dehumidifier the entire time so that was less than desirable. The breakfast buffet is overpriced at ¥2800 per person for what was offered. Not very many options for foreigners who don’t eat traditional Japanese breakfasts. Coffee in the room in addition to tea would also be nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay despite those minor things. The onsite Yakiniku restaurant was very good!! "
