"This hotel was great, private bathroom, bidet. Room was fine for single person. Breakfast buffet was good. Very nice location for great food and stations not far away. Only annoyance was the elevator traffic- this is a huge hotel 40 floors they split the elevator traffic between half the floors 6 elevators for each half top/bottom. Often waiting 5 or so minutes for elevator and squeezing together. "

Rooms are what you would expect in Japan, small but has what you need for 2 people. Their system to store your bags is smart, you don't have to bother staff, self-serve. Good value, clean and meets your needs when traveling."

"The room is clean & th beddings and towels are purity white.We stayed 15 days in Hotel, unfortunately, nobody cleaned the room , they did'nt changed beddings . The place is practical to move everywhere. Train station is approximately 200 meter away. The staff is very helpfull ."

"This hotel is amazing, near to a mall, train stations and restaurants, the hotel buffet breakfast is amazing ( approximately $16 dollars per person). I would recommend it."

"They offered a dinner buffet every night and we opted out of meals at hotel. They had a gong cha (bubble tea) where you can get a free topping if you show your room key, Shake Shack and a Wolfgang Pizza place which we loved. The room was pretty big and very clean. The bathroom was stocked with amenities and always had fresh towels. The staff were excellent and extremely kind, always ready to help us if needed. The hotel was beautiful and looked stunning at night! It was amazing to be about a 30 second walk from universal after a long day of walking all over the park. "
