Our vacation in Africa started at the Trademark hotel. The staff were amazing and welcoming. I loved their smiles. They made us feeling relax and comfortable. Very nice hotel to stay at. I highly recommend it. The location is nice, just a little bit away from downtown Nairobi.

Extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. We were treated so kindly at check-in by Ms. Esther and helped by everyone else with all kinds of questions and needs we have.
