The property is in a secure location, high brow area of Nairobi. But its a third party arrangement, individuals take rooms on hire and rent to customers. So the property didnt know who i was when i showed up. It was resolved via phone call to the number in my booking. Bed too low. A soaking towel on bathroom floor. Had to wait an hour for WiFi to be fixed. Next day someone shows up at the door demanding i leave since they couldnt charge my card. I showed my receipt of payment to Expedia. They eventually settled with Expedia over a phone call i made with my call credit. Horrible experience.
