"The hotel is OUTSIDE the airport area and so to go to the airport, traveler have to get out of the airpot-shuttle and walk through a separate security pass through and reboard the airport-shuttle. Although only 2.5 miles away, travel from the hotel to the airport takes about 25 minutes (with moderate traffic)"

The management team quickly relocated me to a new room when a maintenance issue arose. I would recommend choosing a room that doesn't face the main room in front of the hotel."
