"This was a pleasant surprise on my last night in the UK. I'd had no luck finding a place in Inverness near the airport and settled here instead. The single room was plenty big for me, the ensuite was a nice touch, and the pub downstairs had surprisingly good food when I was too tired to go back out. The location is great, 15 minutes on a straight shot to the airport, and walkable to the beach. The staff at the bar were all friendly and helpful, and walked me through using the car park, wifi,...

"Without question, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in years. There was no manager on duty when we arrived (late afternoon - certainly not off-hours), so one of the bartenders had to check us in - and she seemed put out by it. The room had not been cleaned properly; there was a *USED* condom in the bathroom!!!! And, the drain in the *tiny* shower stall didn't work. Again; no manager to be found, so I had to deal with another rude bar server again. They took care of removing the condom...

"Beautiful property. Sheep, fruit, and vegetable farms all around. Staff super nice. Had the ability to grill our own food and have a fire to sit around and enjoy the beautiful weather we had way into the night. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Play area for the kids. "My friend and I stayed 2 nights at the Highlands apartment and loved it. The apartment was a little tricky to find as there are many fire doors to go through but once we figured it out, it was no big deal. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We booked an executive, one bedroom at the beginning of June. The location was so amazing, walkable to everywhere, including train station. Our room had a castle view and river view from the balcony. There is not AC but two portable fans available....

Beautiful comfortable hotel.
"Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden area. We had an issue with ants in our room but they took care of it right away. We were in a garden room. It had a nice patio area, wonderful shower and comfortable bed. They have a restaurant/ bar on site. Great bar area for a snack or light dinner after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was nice and convenient the following morning. I highly recommend this hotel. "
