"They cancelled the booking saying we are under renovation. But they were booking the rooms on site with full charges without discount. So i would suggest Hotels.com not to recommend such properties where after booking the rooms are not available at the time of check in.Terrible experience."

"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"They double booked it and we had to find another hotel and they are refusing to refund the money. We have to work with the credit card company now. I would not recommend them."

"Grounds very pleasant, in amidst the clamor of the mela, beautifully lit at night. Deluxe tent comfortable enough with warm bedding (it gets very cool and damp in the morning and you absolutely don’t feel it while sleeping, though this is a tent so your stuff does get a bit damp). Decent enough water pressure and temperature. Staff pleasant and helpful. Food very good. Bring mosquito repellant — they aren’t very noticeable during but biting at night. Nitpicking, the in-tent lighting could be...

"Excellent hotel - very clean and attentive staff. It started off at the reception - warm welcome. The room is spotless. The shower/toilet was actually very very clean! Nice view of the river from our bedroom window. Food was on point. The restaurant staff was extremely friendly and made sure everything was just right. I highly recommend this hotel,"
"I didn’t dislike the property relative to the location. I did have to ask for a towel and toilet paper. It didn’t look like the picture, but I had a comfortable stay"
"Well constructed. Excellent location. Amenities as described. Very helpful owner who was of immense help during the chaos of Kumbh Mela. Food excellent and adequate. "
"5 stars for staff.
4 stars for food.
3 stars for tents. There was a generator back of the tent which disturbed sleep. Also as cars were parked in the compound, drivers were chatting till 2 in the night. No hot kettle in the room. No dustbins in the room."
