"I stayed here for three nights initially then extended for an additional three nights, is was that good. The staff is undeniably the best I’ve encountered anywhere and I’ve traveled to 46 countries. They ALWAYS acknowledged me when we passed in hallways, etc and with a big smile. The property was amazingly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The blackout curtains made for some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time and the air conditioning kept my room very comfortable. It’s a large hotel but there’s also a large staff to keep things running smoothly, similar to a cruise ship. Kudos to the team for making this an outstanding visit. I’ve actually already booked a stay when I return from my visit to the islands. Tip: Arrive early for breakfast as there are a lot of people to feed in a short time but they handle it efficiently. Also, no sleeveless shirts/blouses in the dining room. Very international clientele. The surrounding area is comprised of lots of other high rise hotels and condos so it’s a bit like Las Vegas but the price here made it worth it. Recommended, and this is not a fake review. "

"My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. It was definitely the right decision.The support staff, from the doorman, receptionists, housecleaning, front desk, etc. provided outstanding and efficient service to us. Their courtesy is noteworthy. They have accommodated our request in very timely manner. The rooms were clean and the location is adjacent to shopping and good restaurants.
