"Room needs maintenance and upgrades. Bed was made nicely . A/c was leaking all night that I asked to just put a bucket as I didn’t mind staying for the night. Bathroom and toilet needed to be cleaned well. Water pressure was very poor. I stayed in a Queen room on the 12th floor so the lift was quite a concern . Noise level was tolerable. Security guards need to be more active and helpful with heavy baggage. Value for money and convenience to get to the airport was the highlight of the stay . Overall was an OK experience :)"
