"It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "

"Upon my arrival I had to request to change the bed linens. They were not cleaned and obviously not changed after previous occupants departure. The restaurant service was less than unacceptable. Seven persons in the kitchen, numerous servants and no guests in the dining room, still took 45 to serve one small cup of soup and half burned bread. "
